Anyone with the desire to learn is welcome. From complete beginners who’ve never put on boxing gloves to seasoned professionals, Muay Thaļ Chinnarach has a spot for everybody.

Under Chin’s supervision and tutelage, you’ll train with other students from around the world alongside the Thaļ fighters who live at the gym. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting but also serious when it comes to training. You will experience authentic Muay Thaļ and learn the right way.

There are 2 training sessions daily Monday to Saturday. Beginners need not worry as you will be allowed to go at your pace until you’re ready to step it up. For those interested in entering competition, fights can certainly be arranged. Your ability will be assessed and a suitable opponent will be found for your level.

A serious student who puts in the required effort can expect to drastically improve overall fitness and ability within a short period. This is truly a perfect environment for learning Muay Thaļ. Whether you’re training to fight or maybe just to lose weight and get in shape, Muay Thaļ is good for the mind, body, and spirit.
 

Typical Training Session:

  • Running and/or Skipping Rope
  • Stretching
  • Shadowboxing
  • Heavy Bag
  • Thaļ Pads with professionals
  • Light Sparring
  • Clinching (Grappling while Standing)
  • Stretching and cool down

Usually we all hang out after training and enjoy the island life.
